  • Where are you located? 

    • We are located in the Cedar Rapids area- including Marion, Hiawatha, Ely and Palo city limits. Anything outside of those areas will require an additional travel fee. Looking for something further? Let’s chat!

  • Where do you set-up picnics? 

    • Picnics can be set-up on any public parks or land. We are happy to make suggestions for ideas, if needed. 

  • Is food provided? 

    • We can certainly include food as an add- on item. Otherwise, you are welcome to bring your own food and beverages.

  • What if I am running late or leave early from my picnic? 

    • The time allotted for your picnic is two hours, so please plan accordingly. If you are running late, please let Boujee Picnics know and we will ensure a representative will wait with your picnic until you arrive. If you need to leave early for any reason, you will need to message us with at least a 15 minute notification. Please stay with the picnic items until someone arrives to pick them up. We will never be too far away. *Picnics start at the scheduled time and will end two hours from that time. There will be no adjusting in the time if you are running late. You will be charged the full amount, regardless if you are there the full two hours* 

  • Do you require a deposit? 

    • All picnics require a $50 deposit at the time of booking. The remaining payment is due within 48 hours of your scheduled picnic, if no payment is received within 48 hours, your picnic is subject to cancellation. If there are any incidentals that occur during your picnic, you will be charged at that time.  

  • What if I need to reschedule? 

    • You can reschedule your picnic with at least 48 hours before your scheduled picnic. If you cancel your picnic less than 48 hours, you will be charged the $50 deposit. Any picnic “no shows” will be charged the full amount for the scheduled picnic.

  • What happens if there is inclement weather? 

    • Not to worry! We would be happy to reschedule your picnic at no additional fee.

  • Can I bring alcohol? 

    • We will not provide or serve alcohol during your picnic and are not responsible for any alcohol consumption. 

  • If something breaks, am I responsible? 

    • Yes, if there are any damaged or missing items at the end of your picnic, you will be charged to replace those items. 

  • My picnic has ended, now what?

    • Please wait for a Boujee Picnic representative to arrive to begin the tear down process. Once someone has arrived, you are free to go!​

  • I’d like to do a large group, can you do that?

    • We try our best to accommodate all requests! Please send us a message or email to determine the possibility and work out the details.​
